We look after our groomers
Right from the start we’ve treated our clients’ pets as we would our own. The wellbeing of our team matters just as much — so we do all we can to make working for 4 Paws fun and rewarding.
We have a mix of mobile and salon roles, and the benefits differ between them. For example, a mobile spa comes with mobile roles only. Each vacancy lists exactly what’s included.
An excellent salary

28 days’ holiday
A minimum of 28 days a year including public holidays. We close between Christmas and New Year so everyone gets a proper break.
No evenings or weekends
No evening or weekend work. Mobile groomers never work public holidays, and our Cranleigh salon is open Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
Your own mobile spa (mobile roles)
Mobile groomers keep their fully equipped spa at home — no commute, no commuting costs. Most of our mobile spas are less than three years old, and full driver training is included.
We handle the admin
Our office team books your appointments, organises your diary and takes payments. Mobile groomers also get a company phone.

I started working with the company in the pandemic. I had not worked in a van environment before and was a bit nervous, but they were so reassuring and explained everything thoroughly. If I needed anything the office was always there to help. Going to customers’ homes and grooming their dogs one to one was really enjoyable.
